“When first being introduced, in October 2022, to the idea of using an outside company to do certain Admin Tasks for London City Fire (UK) Ltd, I was not 100% on board with the idea. This was new to us and I didn't really believe that this move would benefit our needs.
We started with small tasks, like creating a database for all company owned vehicles. We also outsourced all new Vehicle and Equipment Hire Contracts to them.
After working closely together and seeing the results we have now extended and expanded the contract with them.
